WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ITEM EVERY DAY IN DIVAS IN THE US.
WE WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. 

DIVAS Delights offers the following Returns Policy: I will accept any merchandise for a pay pal refund less 10% to cover re-stocking and outgoing shipping fees if I am notified with in 24 hours that you are not satisfied and the returns are shipped with in 72 hours. I will not accept any item in which the tags have been removed or the condition has been altered in any way.  If you would  just like a merchandise certificate for a return there will be no re-stock fee assessed on returns but the refund will be sent in the form of a code so you will not be able to use it with another promotional code. My fees on restock and credits simply cover my costs on the original sale.
Shipping damage or loss must be addressed with your local carrier, I will not take responsibility for their carelessness. I do wrap with the utmost of care & have not had any damaged parcels in over 17 years of shipping. All handbags will be insured at the full sales value for claim purposes.
