Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your domestic shipping costs? A: All items that are shipped domestically are shipped for FREE. Please note any items returned according to store policy will be charged a 10% re-stock & shipping & handling fee coverage though. Items shipped in the USA valued over 100.00 will be insured. If you prefer not to have items insured please notify us and also please note our limitations on liability for mail loss or damage.
Q: Do you ever duplicate your jewelery designs? A: For over 17 years I have prided myself on ONE OF A KIND jewels. You will see the same designs come up with different stones, glass beads, pearls, crystals etc. but the piece itself is like a snowflake...always individudal nuances.
